Ida Baliya, 47, of Emmaus, was arrested for DUI in the 000 block of S. Keystone Street, Emmaus, Oct. 5. Baliya was allegedly under the influence of alcohol when she drove her vehicle into a yard.

Timothy Smith, 35, of Coplay, was arrested for DUI in the 200 block of Ridge Street, Emmaus, Oct. 5. Smith was allegedly under the influence of alcohol when he drove his vehicle into a parked car.

Public drunkenness

Steven Romeo, 22, of Allentown, was cited for public drunkenness after he was found curbside in the 300 block of Adrain Street, Emmaus, Oct. 9.

Criminal mischief

An unknown actor damaged roof shingles in the 300 block of Main Street, Emmaus, Oct. 3.

An unknown actor smashed a pumpkin into a vehicle causing damage in the 900 block of Walnut Street, Emmaus, Oct. 5.

An unknown actor damaged a railing at a business in the 300 block of Main Street, Emmaus, Oct. 8.

Receiving stolen property

Molly Caroll, 21, of 18 N. Cherry Street, Apt. 7, Emmaus, was arrested for theft and receiving stolen property Oct. 8. Caroll allegedly took $830 from a safe at Weis Markets, 1220 Chestnut St., Emmaus. Caroll was employed at Weis from Aug. 12 to Oct. 12.

An unknown actor stole mail from a home in the 900 block of Lawrence Drive, Oct. 5.

An unknown actor stole an iPod from a student at Emmaus High School Oct. 12.

Theft from a motor vehicle

An unknown actor stole tools from a vehicle in the 200 block of S. 5th Street, Emmaus., Oct. 8.

An unknown actor stole personal documents from a customer's vehicle at Lehigh Valley Honda, 675 State Ave., Emmaus, Oct. 10.
