Windshield damaged

in North Whitehall

Eugene David Hatcher reported to police his windshield was struck with an object while he was driving at 7:30 a.m. Sept. 21 on Willow Street at Shelby Drive, North Whitehall Township, State Police Troop M Bethlehem say.

Driver arrested

for DUI

Angel Xaviyer Santos, 19, of Catasaqua, was stopped at 1:57 a.m. on Sept. 22 for an alleged traffic violation on Cedar Crest Boulevard, just south of Route 222, South Whitehall Township, State Police Troop M Fogelsville say.

Police say Santos was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence of a controlled substance.

Charges will be filed before District Judge Jake Hammond, South Whitehall.

Teens charged with disorderly conduct

State Police Troop M Bethlehem say a 15-year-old from Allentown and a 16-year-old from Brein-igsville were allegedly involved in a fight at 11:20 a.m. Sept. 25 in a crowded cafeteria at Lehigh Career Technical Institute, 4500 Education Park Drive, North Whitehall Township.

Both teens were charged with disorderly conduct before District Judge Jake Hammond, South Whitehall.

Marijuana found

at LCTI

State Police Troop M Bethlehem say a 17-year-old girl was found with marijuana at 12:10 p.m. Sept. 21 at Lehigh Career Technical Institute, 4500 Education Park Drive, North Whitehall Township.

Mailbox damaged

in N. Whitehall Twp.

Rodney A. Roth, 60, of Whitehall, was driving a 2000 Dodge Durango SUV eastbound on Levans Road at 6 p.m. Sept. 26 when his vehicle struck a mailbox at 2702 Levans Road, North Whitehall Township, State Police Troop M Bethlehem say.

According to police, the SUV exited the southern side of the roadway, hit the mailbox with its passenger side front tire and mirror, then continued east without stopping, police say.

Roth was cited for having an accident involving damage to an unattended vehicle or to property, police say.

Driver stopped

by police

Taylor Jade Kerkusz, 20, of Allentown, was stopped by police at 12:45 a.m. Sept. 22 for allegedly speeding on Route 222 at Mill Creek Road, Upper Macungie Township, State Police Troop M Fogelsville say.

Police allege she was under the influence of marijuana.

Charges are pending before District Judge Michael Faulkner, Upper Macungie Township.
