Whitehall Township Chamber of Commerce column
The pink lacrosse bag containing the Whitehall Chamber of Commerce's official ribbon cutting scissors and ribbon was stolen during an event at the Lehigh Valley Mall on Sept. 20.
The chamber is asking that the person in possession of these items return them to the chamber office and visitor's center at the Lehigh Valley Mall in front of Wendy's. No questions will be asked.
Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of the bag and scissors is asked to call the office at 610-432-4130 or email exec@waccpa.org.
The chamber has also announced a list of upcoming events:
Sunday, Oct. 7 – at 2 p.m., Whitehall Parade.
Tuesday, Oct. 9 – at 3:30 p.m., business forum at chamber office.
Thursday, Oct. 11 – at 11:45 a.m., membership luncheon at Fellowship Community. Attorney Scott Bartkus will present "Asset Protection for Business Owners."
Tuesday, Oct. 16 – at noon, WOW (Women of Whitehall) at Morgan's Restaurant, Eileen Evans of SendOut Cards will present "Appreciation Marketing Through Gratitude."
Tuesday, Oct. 16 – at 7 p.m., Wal-mart Super Center grand opening, 2601 MacArthur Road, Whitehall.
Wednesday, Oct. 24 – at 8 a.m., business forum presents: Ask The Experts at chamber conference room.
Thursday, Oct. 25– at 10 a.m., ribbon cutting for the 130th Anniversary of the Baltimore Life Company, 4905 W. Tilghman St., Allentown.
Thursday, Oct. 25– at 6 p.m., dinner and DiSC at Fellowship Community, 3000 Fellowship Drive, Whitehall. Limited Space. RSVP and prepayment required.
Monday, Oct. 29 – at noon, Tri-Chamber Legislative Luncheon at Best Western, Bethlehem.
Tuesday, Oct. 30 – at 5:30 p.m., annual mixer at Sam's Club, 901 Airport Center Drive.
