Florence C. Krause, 93, of Allentown, formerly from Fogelsville, died Sept. 18, 2012, in St. Luke's Hospital, Allentown.

She was the wife of the late Ernest O. Krause.

Born June 22, 1919, in Weisenberg Township, she was the daughter of the late Victor and Mabel (Sechler) Zimmerman.

A member of the Lutheran congregation of Ziegels Union Church, Breinigsville, she formerly sang with the choir and was a member of various church committees.

She was a member of Seipstown Grange.

Her survivors include children Janet M. Bender, Naomi R. Benedek and her husband, John, and Bruce E. and his wife, Phyllis, all of Allentown, Wayne H. and his wife, Linda, of Fogelsville; sister, Luella M. Zettlemoyer of Allentown; 10 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
