Marie T. Bauer, 83, of Emmaus, died September 16, 2012. She was the wife of the late Rowland Bauer with whom she shared 63 years of marriage. Born in Allentown, she was a daughter of the late Hugo and Teresa (Kukitz) Schultz.

She ws a member of St. Ann's Catholic Church, Emmaus and was the head cook at Harrison-Morton Middle school for 25 years.

She is survived by a daughter Nancy and her husband Paul Lizun; son, Rowland and his wife Jane; grandchildren, Dan Lizun, Jennifer Lutzow, Laura Buss, Jamie Bauer, and Andrew Bauer; six great-grandchildren and many other loving family and friends. She was predeceased by her husband and a brother, John Kukitz. A viewing will be held 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Sept. 21 at Weber Funeral Home, 1619 W. Hamilton St., Allentown, followed by a 11 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Ann's Catholic Church, 500 Wood St., Emmaus.
