The Rev. David P. Zeravsky, 52, of Orefield, died Sept. 8, 2012, in his home.
Born May 15, 1960, in Memphis, Tenn., he was the son of Dorothy (Bickert) Smell of Northampton. His father is Richard Boehm of Lady Lake, Fla.
He was predeceased by his dad, Paul Zeravsky, and his stepfather, Robert Smell.
He and his wife of 26 years, Lorri L. (Dettmer) Zeravsky, were married June 14, 1986.
He served the Lord as pastor of Faith Wesleyan Church, Orefield, and was the former pastor of Neptune Wesleyan Church, Neptune, N.J.
He was also chaplain for AseraCare Hospice, Allentown, and former chaplain of Country Meadows, Bethlehem.
He served in the U.S. Air Force.
In addition to his wife and mother, he is survived by a son, David P. Jr. of Orefield; and sister, Rose, wife of Erik Klausen of Northampton.
The family will receive friends 9-11 a.m. followed by an 11 a.m. service on Sept. 15, at Bethany Wesleyan Church, 675 Blue Mountain Drive, Cherryville.
