Hazel Marion Dent, 93, of Lehigh Acres, Fla., died July 17, 2012.

She was the widow of John C. Dent.

Born in Beachville, Ontario, Canada, she was a daughter of the late George A. and Gertrude (Benjamine) Mote.

She was of the Protestant faith.

Her survivors include a daughter, Charlene, wife of Jay Slaugenhoupt of Lake Wallenpaupack; grandchildren Christopher Sinclair of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, Michael and Brian Sinclair, both of Ontario, Shane Slaugenhoupt of Coplay, and Sonya Millington of Fogelsville; two great-grandsons; and three great-granddaughters. She was predeceased by a daughter Patricia Sinclair.

Her memorial service will be 11 a.m. Sept. 8, at Keller Funeral Homes, Inc., 1018 Church St., Fogelsville, with the Rev. Herbert D. Michel, D.D. officiating.

Visitation will be from 10:30-11 a.m. Interment will be private.
