Elizabeth A. Sarko, 84, of Salisbury Township, died August 29, 2012, in Cedarbrook Fountain Hill Annex. She was the wife of Frank P. Sarko Sr. for 61 1/2 years. Born in Hellertown, she was the daughter of the late Jacob and Blanche (Anderson) Snyder.

She worked many years for the Schoebel Bros. Neck Tie and Dick's T-Shirt factories.

She was a member of Jerusalem Evangelical Lutheran Church of Eastern Salisbury.

She was past president, and a very active member, of the River Road Fire Co. Ladies Auxiliary in Salisbury Township.

She enjoyed knitting, crocheting, watching soap operas and especially loved trips to the casino.

She is survived by her husband; sons, Frank P. Jr. and his wife Sandra and Wayne T., all of Salisbury Township; brothers, Edward Snyder of Hellertown and Robert Anders of South Carolina; grandchildren, Ryan and Kristin; great-granddaughter, Gianna Martucci. She was predeceased by a son, John in 2008.
