Cynthia F. Zuber, 57, of Macun-gie, died August 30, 2012, in St. Luke's Hospital, Allentown with her family by her side. Born in Allentown, she was a daughter of the late Robert H. and Esther J. (Schnecker) Hawk.

She was former president of Hawk Flower Mills in Allentown and taught elementary school in the Allentown School District.

She received her Bachelor of Science in elementary education from Kutztown University.

She was a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church, Allentown.

She is survived by a son, Jason R. of Macungie; sister, Jessica J. and her husband Marcus R. Hilbert of Allentown; former husband Edward W. Zuber of Macungie.

Services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 6, at Trexler Funeral Home, 1625 Highland St., Allentown. Calling hours will be held 7 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday and 10 to 11 a.m. Thursday in the funeral home.
