Richard C. Frantz, 71, of Daniels-ville, formerly of Whitehall, died Aug. 26, 2012, in the home of his daughter, Kelly A. Seibert.

He was the husband of the late Lois F. (Baer) Frantz.

Born March 7, 1941, in Allentown, he was the son of the late Lynn Hartranft and Rose Frantz.

He faithfully and honorably served his country in the U.S. Army during a peacetime era.

He was a production supervisor in the Longford Department of Day-timers Inc., East Texas, for more than 20 years, before retiring in 2002.

An avid outdoorsman, he enjoyed hunting and fishing.

His survivors include children Mark L. Towich and his wife, Lynn, of Schwenksville, Dwayne E. Towich and his wife, Maureen, of Catasauqua, Kimberly Parsons and her husband, David of Macungie, Kelly A. Seibert and her husband, Louis, of Danielsville; brothers Jeffrey L. of Macungie, Kevin L. of Laurys Station; 10 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.

His funeral services will be 11 a.m. Aug. 30, in Heintzelman Funeral Home, Inc., 4906 Route 309, Schnecksville.

Family and friends may pay their respects from 10-11 a.m. Thursday in the funeral home.

Interment will follow the service at Union Church Cemetery, Neffs.
