Fogelsville man

faces charges

State Police Troop M Fogelsville say Nathan Imre Kurcz, 22, of Fogelsville, was stopped 1:20 a.m. Aug. 2 for allegedly speeding on Route 22 West at Route 309, South Whitehall Township.

Police allege Kurcz exhibited signs of marijuana intoxication.

He was arrested and later consented to a blood test.

Charges of driving under the influence, speeding and careless driving will be filed before District Judge Jake Hammond, South Whitehall Township, pending receipt of blood test results.

Trexlertown woman

arrested

Lori Ann Kramer, 45, of Trexlertown, was stopped for an alleged traffic violation at 2:49 a.m. Aug. 4 on Route 22 westbound at Route 309, South Whitehall Township, State Police Troop M Fogelsville say.

Kramer was placed under arrest for suspicion of driving under the influence.

Vandalism

at Agape church

State Police Troop M Bethlehem say the word "Satan" with an upside down cross was spray painted on a detached garage at Agape New Testament Fellowship, 5229 Route 873, North Whitehall Township, sometime between 10 p.m. Aug. 6 and 1 p.m. the next day.

Baby swing, stroller stolen

State Police Troop M Bethlehem say two window mounted air conditioning units, a white-and-purple baby swing and a green-and-brown baby stroller valued at $475 was stolen from a home in the 2200 block of Neffs Laurys Road, North Whitehall Township sometime between 3 p.m. July 24 and 2:30 p.m. July 28.

No evidence was located at the scene and there were no witnesses, police say.

Shed damaged

in N. Whitehall Twp.

The Schnecksville Playground Association reported to police a plywood window was smashed on a shed at Schnecksville Elementary School, 4260 Sand Spring Road, North Whitehall Township, sometime between 9 p.m. Aug. 18 and 7 p.m. the next day.

The exterior trim on the window was damaged, State Police Troop M Bethlehem say.
