· Stations 36 and 40 helped with a patient assist for a woman who fell down a 10-foot embankment at 1104 West Highland St., 2:05 p.m.

· A fire alarm at JC Penney, 500 Lehigh Valley Mall (set off by filling the mall sprinkler system), brought out Stations 36, 37 and 38, 5:53 p.m.

· An electrical fire in an ambulance on Schadt Avenue near Mauch Chunk Road brought out Stations 35, 36 and 37, 2:14 p.m.

· Stations 35, 36, 37 and 38 responded to a fire alarm at Whitehall Manor, 1177 Sixth St., found to be a smoke detector malfunction, 3:47 p.m.
