Stacey Anne (Brugger) David, 41, of Zionsville, died August 14, 2012, at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest. Born in Bethlehem, she was the daughter of Jeffrey B. Brugger and Cynthia L. (Snyder) Mathis.

She was a graduate of Salisbury High School, Class of 1989.

She is survived by her father; mother and her husband Richard P. Mathis; children, Joshua Divers, Tonya David and Anthony David Jr.; companion, Andrew Krause. She was predeceased by a son, Jeffrey Joseph David.
