Mary W. Reeves, 97, of Emmaus, died Aug. 4, 2012, at Lehigh Center. She was the wife of the late Arthur M. Reeves Sr., who died Sept. 24, 2001. Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Allen J. and Bertha A. (Weaver) Moore.

She was a member of First Presbyterian Church of Allentown.

In the past, she was employed by the P.L.C.B. and Blue Shield Insurance Co.

She is survived by a daughter, Sandra R. Alleman of Emmaus; grandson, Joel of Wescosville; nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a son, Arthur Jr., siblings, John, Charles, Jeanette, and Nancy.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Shane Reeves Alleman Scholarship Fund, at the Hillside School, 2697 Brookside Road, Macungie, 18062.

A memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements were made by the David J. Boyko Funeral Home, Macungie.
