Hermina Illes, of Coopersburg, formerly of Emmaus and Allentown, died Sept. 21, 2013. She was the wife of the late John P. Illes who died in 1952. Born in Allentown, she was a daughter of the late Frank and Theresa (Kroboth) Windish.

She worked for the former Boise Cascade Co. for 16 years, retiring in 1983. Prior to that she worked for the former Harvey Clothing Co., Quakertown for 12 years.

She was a member of St. Ann's Catholic Church, Emmaus.

She is survived by sons, John and his wife Cecelia, of Allentown and Stephen and his wife Lynn, of Macungie; daughter, Charlene and her husband Richard Campbell, of Allentown; brother, Joseph, of Macungie; sister, Mary and her husband Frank Whitley, of Suffolk, Va.; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a brother, Frank; a sister, Theresa Horwath.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday in St. Anne's Catholic Church, Emmaus. Calling hour will be 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. in the church. Arrangements were made by the O'Donnell Funeral Home, Allentown.
