Barbara H. Almond, 71, of Northampton, died June 1, 2018, at home. She was the wife of William J. Almond for 50 years.

Born in Allentown, she was a daughter of the late John and Hilda (Grabner) Eberhardt.

She was a sales secretary for many years for Lehigh Valley Refractors Inc.

She was a member of St. Peter Roman Catholic Church, Coplay, and the Altar and Rosary Society.

She sang for several years with the Herald Theatrical Group.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by a daughter, Annette and her husband William Lerch; a son, William M. and his wife Catherine; three grandchildren, April, Jacob and Chloe; and a brother, John and his wife Irene.

Contributions may be made to the church, 4 S. Fifth St., Coplay.
