The EPC announced pairings for the softball playoff tournament.

Play begins Thursday, May 9, moving up a day from Friday because of the threat of storms.

Parkland earned the top seed and will host 8-seed Whitehall.

Emmaus is the second seed and will host 7-seed Easton. Northampton took the third seed and will host 6-seed Nazareth.

Freedom, the 4-seed, hosts Stroudsburg which is the 5-seed.

Semifinals take place on Monday, May 13, with two games at Patriot’s Park in Allentown. The first begins at 5 p.m. and will see the winner of NHS-Nazareth and Emmaus-Easton. Game two is at 7 p.m. featuring the winners between PHS-WHS and FHS-Stroudsburg.
