Mary T. Sipics, 90, of Northampton, died May 25, 2017 at home. She was the wife of the late Ignatius J. Sipics.

Born in Northampton, she was a daughter of the late August and Anna (Malits) Serensits.

She worked for various sewing factories in Northampton until she retired.

She was a member of Queenship of Mary Church, formerly Our Lady of Hungary. She was a member of the altar and rosary society and of the women’s guild and baked for various church fundraisers.

She is survived by three sons, James and his wife Bonnie, Joseph and Stephen; a daughter, Mary Jean and her husband William Possanza; a daughter-in-law, Diane Sipics; nine grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; three brothers, Stephen, Edward and Frank, all of Northampton; and a sister, Anna Keller of Northampton.

She was predeceased by a son, John; seven brothers, August, Joseph, Louis, Luke, John, Rick and Charles; and four sisters, Helen, Theresa, Stella and Agnes.
