Lower Saucon Township police have charged a Freemansburg woman with DUI following a vehicle accident on Rt. 378 around 11:15 p.m. June 15.

According to police, Rebecca Dalia Cruz, 28, was involved in a minor crash near Mountain Drive North, and later failed field sobriety tests.

Cruz is also charged with careless driving.
